Click the enroll button on this page or visit our DPC membership page. Enrollment takes about five minutes. You will select your membership configuration, add a payment method, and receive a membership agreement to sign electronically. Your membership is not active until the agreement is signed.

Your initial visit with Renee is a comprehensive health history review. She will go through your timeline, your symptoms, your previous lab work, and the full context of how you have been living in your body. From there she builds your assessment and determines next steps. Come prepared to have a real conversation.

No. Mederi is a direct pay practice and does not bill insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare for any services. Your monthly membership covers all primary care visits with no copays, deductibles, or claims to file. For lab work ordered through Mederi, you may submit claims to your insurance directly. We recommend maintaining a high-deductible or catastrophic health plan for hospitalizations and specialist care.

Any previous lab work you have from the past one to two years, a list of current medications and supplements, and any relevant medical history documents. The more context you can bring, the more productive your first visit will be.

DPC membership fees may be eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement as of January 1, 2026. We recommend confirming with your plan administrator as individual plan rules vary.
