MY BACKGROUND & APPROACH
What makes my work at Mederi different from a conventional training or coaching relationship is the clinical layer I work from. I don't just build workout programs and meal plans. I read the InBody 970S results. I know what Renee found in the functional labs. I understand the metabolic picture and build the physical protocol accordingly. When the clinical and wellness layers are working from the same information, outcomes are different.
I work with patients referred by Renee through functional medicine programs and as a standalone coach for DPC members who want body composition and nutrition support. Every program I build starts with a consultation and assessment so I understand exactly where you are before I build anything.

InBody 970S Scanning I'm the primary interpreter of Mederi's InBody 970S results. After your scan I walk through what every number means in the context of your goals: muscle mass, fat distribution, water balance, bone density, and cellular health markers that most diagnostics don't reach. The interpretation session is the bridge between knowing and doing.
Nutrition Coaching Not a generic meal plan. A protocol built around your specific metabolic picture, your lab results, and your life. My nutrition coaching ranges from a focused 4-week kickstart to a 12-week comprehensive program that includes weekly check-ins, macro targets, and full meal planning.
Personal Training Custom workout programming built for your specific body composition goals and physical starting point. Designed to build strength and preserve muscle, especially important for patients working on hormonal or metabolic health.
Integrated Programs My flagship offering is the 12-week integrated program, a comprehensive coaching engagement that combines workout programming, full nutrition protocol, InBody scanning at start and end, and weekly check-ins. For patients enrolled in Renee's functional medicine programs, my work is woven into the clinical protocol from day one.
