STEP ONE
COMPLETE YOUR ENROLLMENT
Fill out your information, select your membership configuration (additional family members), and add a payment method. No charge is collected today. You will have the option to schedule your first visit or just enroll and schedule later.
STEP TWO
CHECK YOUR INBOX
You'll receive two emails from Mederi. The first gives you access to your patient portal. The second contains your Membership Agreement to review and sign electronically. Your enrollment is not finalized until the agreement is signed and submitted.
STEP THREE
YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS CONFIRMED
Once your Membership Agreement is complete, we'll configure your billing and send a confirmation with your monthly rate and first billing date.

BOOK YOUR FIRST VISIT
After you submit your enrollment, you can call our office to schedule your first visit.

What exactly is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?
A membership model for primary care that removes the insurance company from your everyday relationship with your provider. One flat monthly rate, unlimited access to Renee, no copays or claims for primary care visits.
Does DPC replace my health insurance?
No. DPC replaces your primary care relationship. It does not cover hospitalizations, specialist visits, or emergency care. We recommend members maintain a catastrophic or high-deductible health plan for those situations.
Do I have to use insurance at Mederi?
No. Mederi does not bill insurance. We operate on a direct pay model. For lab work, you may submit claims to your insurance directly.
What if I need a specialist?
Renee provides referrals and coordinates care as needed. Specialist costs are outside DPC scope and covered by your insurance or paid out of pocket.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Founding member rates apply as long as your membership remains active. If you cancel and re-enroll, the standard rate applies.
Can Renee be my only primary care provider?
Yes. Renee provides full-scope primary care: acute visits, chronic disease management, preventive care, and referrals. For the vast majority of what you need from a primary care provider, Mederi covers it completely.
