What is IV Nutrition?
Not a wellness add-on. A clinically managed service.
IV nutrition has become widely available in Lincoln; walk-in IV bars, mobile units, franchise operations. Most operate without a clinician on-site, without a review of your health history or medications, and without the ability to respond if you have a reaction.
At Mederi, every IV infusion and injection is administered under Renee's direct clinical oversight. She reviews your health history before your first infusion, determines which formulations are appropriate for your goals and any contraindications, and is present at the practice during your session. For high-dose Vitamin C infusions and NAD+ protocols, lab work from your provider is required prior to infusion.
This is not a higher-priced version of the same service. It is a categorically different service, one where the clinical layer is not optional.

You want faster results
Oral supplements have to survive your digestive system before they reach your bloodstream. IV delivery bypasses that entirely.

Did you know…
100% Bioavailability
IV delivery achieves complete absorption. Oral supplements lose a significant portion of their potency before reaching your bloodstream depending on your gut health and digestive function.
NAD+ and Cellular Health
NAD+ is one of the most researched compounds in cellular health and longevity science. IV delivery is the most effective way to raise NAD+ levels quickly.
High-Dose Vitamin C
Therapeutic levels of Vitamin C can only be achieved through IV delivery. Oral Vitamin C at high doses causes digestive side effects before reaching therapeutic concentrations in the bloodstream.
Clinical Oversight
Every IV session at Mederi happens inside a primary care practice with a board-certified nurse practitioner present. That's not the standard at most IV services in Lincoln.
CLINICAL OVERSIGHT
Meet Renee
I'm Renee Buchta, APRN, FNP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner with full practice authority in Nebraska. Every IV infusion and injection at Mederi is administered under my direct clinical supervision.
Before your first infusion I review your health history and determine which formulations are appropriate for your goals and any contraindications. I'm present at the practice during your session. For high-dose Vitamin C and NAD+ protocols, I require lab work prior to infusion.
IV nutrition at Mederi is not a convenience service. It's a clinical tool and it's managed like one.

Frequently Asked Questions
get answers to all of your questions about IV NUTRITION IN LINCOLN, NE
Do I need to be a DPC member to book an IV session?
No. IV nutrition is available to everyone. DPC members receive preferred pricing. Non-members complete a health history review with Renee before their first infusion.
What is required for high-dose Vitamin C and NAD+ protocols?
High-dose Vitamin C at 25g and above and all NAD+ protocols require lab work from your provider prior to infusion. If you're a Mederi DPC member, Renee handles this as part of your care. If you're a non-member, bring recent lab work or we can discuss ordering it prior to your session.
How long do sessions take?
Most infusions are 45 to 60 minutes. Super Myers and Brain Support are 60 minutes. High-dose Vitamin C ranges from 60 minutes to 3 hours depending on dose. NAD+ protocols range from 2 to 8 hours. Injections take approximately 15 minutes.
Can I add on to any infusion?
It takes dark in order to show light. If there's two big trees invariably sooner or later there's gonna be a little tree. If you didn't have baby clouds, you wouldn't have big clouds. You have to make almighty decisions when you're the creator.
How often should I get IV therapy?
Frequency depends on your goals and what you're addressing. Renee can make a recommendation as part of your DPC care plan. For general wellness and recovery, most patients find a regular cadence of once or twice a month works well.
