When Renee's functional medicine patients need support for inflammation, recovery, or stress-related cortisol patterns, the infrared sauna is part of the protocol recommendation, not a separate suggestion to go find a sauna somewhere. When patients are managing respiratory health or immune resilience, halotherapy is built into the care plan.
That integration is what makes Mederi's wellness services different from a standalone sauna studio or day spa. They are clinically grounded, provider-coordinated, and designed to compound the outcomes of everything else happening here.

Infrared sauna uses near and mid-infrared light to heat the body directly, activating the same physiological responses as vigorous exercise at a lower air temperature. Clinical research supports infrared sauna for cardiovascular health, inflammatory conditions, muscle recovery, detoxification, and stress resilience.
Sessions are 45 minutes.

Mederi's salt room combines pharmaceutical-grade halotherapy with vibroacoustic therapy beds. Two clinically supported modalities in a single 45-minute session. Dry salt aerosol supports respiratory health, immune resilience, skin conditions, and stress recovery. The vibroacoustic beds use sound frequencies and vibrations to deepen relaxation, reduce stress, and support the nervous system simultaneously.
Sessions are 45 minutes.

RED LIGHT THERAPY

Red Light Therapy Red and near-infrared light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to activate mitochondrial function, reduce inflammation, and support cellular repair. The research base for photobiomodulation is one of the most robust in the clinical wellness field with documented benefits for wound healing, inflammatory conditions, pain management, skin health, and athletic recovery.
Two protocols available: General Wellness (15 min) and Targeted Therapeutic (20 min).
